“The One Thing I Bring Everywhere — and It’s Not My Purse”!

I’m not gonna lie to you — when Stanley Cups first came out, I was like, okay… here we go again. Another phase. Another “must-have” tumbler moment.

The Hydro Flask era came and went, and I really thought these were just going to be the same thing. When Hydro Flasks were at their peak, I was in college, and the one thing that drove me absolutely crazy was when someone would drop theirs. The noise? It was like a bomb went off. Every single time. Everyone would jump.

So when Stanley Cups started trending, I honestly didn’t care. I just thought it was another fad.

But… I was wrong.
Like, really wrong.

When I tell you these cups are the best cups in the world, I mean it. I’ll fill mine with ice, go to bed, and wake up the next morning with ice still in there. I go a whole workday and my water is still ice-cold. And listen — I love being hydrated, but I can’t drink warm water. I just can’t do it.

When I was in high school, I would literally call my mom during fifth period and say, “Can you fill a pitcher and put it in the fridge?” Because I needed it to be cold by the time I got home. Coming home to a chilled pitcher of water was elite behavior — my after-school ritual.

Fast forward to last year, around the holidays, I finally caved and bought my first Stanley Cup. I got the Messi edition — bright pink, of course — having no clue about soccer or anything else. I just liked the color.

And I told myself I’d wait a full year before buying another.
Spoiler: I didn’t.

When the LoveShackFancy x Stanley collab dropped, I had to get it. I went for the 42 oz Quencher, and I’m obsessed. It’s cute, it fits in my cup holder, and it somehow makes staying hydrated feel like a personality trait.

Personally, I’m a flip-top girl because it’s spill-proof. I’m not a straw fan — mostly because I don’t want random things flying into my drink, and the whole straw-cover-on-and-off situation is just not for me.

But yeah, I’m a Stanley girl now. And if you’re wondering whether the cup is worth $40?
Yes. It fully is.

It’s been a year, I’ve dropped it, tossed it in bags, taken it everywhere, and it’s still perfect.
So if you’re looking to splurge on a water bottle — do it. Stanley won me over. It’s easy to use, fits in your cup holder, and keeps your drinks icy icy cold.

That’s my take. 💕
